• Workout Videos: By default, workout videos are processed entirely on your device and are never uploaded to our servers. However, if you choose to use our optional AI form analysis feature, up to 1 minute of your recorded workout video will be sent to a third-party AI service for advanced form analysis. This is only done when you explicitly request form analysis.
• Movement Data: Your exercise rep counting is analyzed in real-time on your device only and never leaves your device.
• Workout Statistics: Your workout history, rep counts, and progress data are securely stored on our servers to enable features like progress tracking, workout history, and cross-device synchronization.

Data We Collect

We collect the following data to provide and improve our service:

• Account Information: Email address for account creation and management.
• Workout Statistics: Exercise data, rep counts, and progress information to provide tracking and analysis features.
• Workout Videos (Optional): When you choose to use our AI form analysis feature, up to 1 minute of your workout video is sent to a third-party AI service for processing. This data is only collected when you explicitly opt to analyze your form.
• Basic Usage Data: Anonymous app usage statistics to improve app performance and features.
• Device Information: Basic device data required for app functionality and optimization.

• By default, workout videos and rep counting analysis remain on your device. When you use the optional AI form analysis feature, video data is transmitted securely to a third-party AI service for processing

• You can delete your account and associated data at any time
